BTW, you don't provide a ohio so I'm not sure what makes you suspicious. Payment method? Dewey Beach is in Sussex county. Sussex county allows you to search for property tax records by name and description. Many people put boats property in a corporation or a trust's name, so you may not find the owner's name. Craiglsist, never wire money for something like this.
